We recently stayed at Aparthotel Yllaestar for a family ski vacation, and it was just what we needed. The location is excellent, right next to the cross-country ski tracks and a short drive to the local shop. The accommodation was cozy and had all the basics, including a small kitchen and sauna, which made our four-night stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed how family-friendly the place is. There's a nice drying cupboard for our wet gear, and we appreciated the partition between the twin beds and the living area. While we planned to extend our trip, it was fully booked, which is a testament to its appeal. We booked a reindeer safari during our stay, which was an unforgettable experience for the kids. Plus, there's a nearby spot for ice fishing on Lake Äkäsjärvi, perfect for family bonding. Aparthotel Yllaestar is a solid choice for families, balancing convenience and adventure.
